Work out the transfer cost
For 1–6 guests, one selected private car adds AED 500. For 7–12 guests, two selected cars add AED 1,000. Count all guests travelling in the cars, including children, when checking the required quantity.
For example, two Quad Bikes for 30 minutes cost AED 190. With one private car, the total becomes AED 690 and the 25% advance is AED 172.50. One Dune Buggy for 60 minutes plus one car totals AED 1,090, with an advance of AED 272.50.
What confirmation should include
Provide the date, guest count, rider ages and preferred arrival time. For a car transfer, add the pickup hotel or area and ask the team to confirm coverage, collection and return arrangements. Confirm timing before making other fixed plans.
The exact meeting point is shared on WhatsApp with booking confirmation. Follow the supplied map pin and contact instructions. Do not travel based only on a general place name or a photograph of a desert location.
