A family booking works best when the inquiry describes the people travelling and the experience they want. Start with children’s ages, adult numbers and any requests about the pace of the outing, then ask the team which activities and arrangements are available.
Compare the family and shared options
The Private Family Desert Safari starts at AED 800 per private vehicle. The team confirms vehicle capacity, any additional cars and the final package scope. Do not multiply AED 800 by each person or assume an unconfirmed number of seats.
Shared alternatives include the morning safari with dune bashing and camel ride and evening safari with BBQ dinner. The morning lists AED 100 per adult and AED 80 per child; the evening lists AED 130 and AED 115. Share ages so the team can confirm which child rate and activities apply.
What to include in your family inquiry
- Date, adult count and each child’s age.
- Hotel or pickup area, plus any transport or seating requests.
- Whether you want the listed dune drive or would like to discuss a gentler alternative.
- Meal preferences and dietary requests to confirm with the team.
- Activities each person hopes to join and any passengers who prefer to skip them.
Requests are subject to confirmation. A checkbox, child price or family label does not independently confirm suitability or availability.
Keep transport and activities separate
Being included in a vehicle booking does not mean every guest can drive a Quad Bike or ride a Dune Buggy. Riding activities have their own requirements and passenger arrangements, confirmed before booking.
If you only want a short riding visit, compare the meeting-point rides with a complete safari. The riding time is not a full safari itinerary and does not automatically include dinner or camp activities.
Before you confirm
Ask for the exact activities, meal arrangements, collection and return expectations, total cost and cancellation terms. Confirm any adjustments in writing. For family groups needing more than one vehicle, request a quote specifying the number of cars rather than relying on the starting price alone.
Use the family tour booking form to share the group details. The WhatsApp inquiry carries the page link so the team can see which package you are discussing.
