2. Services
Maliha Desert Safari Dubai provides desert safari tours, adventure activities, and related travel experiences in and around Dubai, UAE. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
3. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to our Booking Policy. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
4. Health & Safety
Participation in our activities carries inherent physical risks. By booking, you confirm that you and all guests in your group are in good physical health with no conditions that may be aggravated by adventure activities. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest who appears unfit or intoxicated.
- Guests with back, neck, or heart conditions must consult a doctor before dune bashing or buggy activities.
- Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in dune bashing, quad biking, or dirt biking.
- Children under 3 years are not permitted in dune bashing vehicles.
- All safety instructions from our guides must be followed at all times.
5. Liability
Maliha Desert Safari Dubai and its partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from participation in our tours or activities, except where caused by our own gross negligence. Participation is entirely at the guest's own risk.
We carry full public liability insurance for all operations. However, we strongly recommend that all guests arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel.
6. Photography & Media
Our guides and camp photographers may take photos or videos during tours for promotional use. By participating, you consent to this use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the activity.
7. Behaviour
We operate in accordance with UAE law and local customs. Any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, abusive, or dangerous may be removed from the tour without refund. Alcohol brought from outside the camp is not permitted.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Maliha Desert Safari Dubai and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Please check this page periodically for updates.
